The Memorandum of Understanding signed on behalf of CNIC
by the General Manager, Mr. Zacchaeus FORJINDAM
and by Professor P. K. Vincent TITANJI - Vice
Chancellor of the University of Buea on behalf of
his institution covers:

The conduct of research on behalf of
CNIC by the UB staff on the UB Campus or in
facilities of the CNIC;
-
The exchange of staff and students
for training or for other assignments;
-
The joint organization of seminars
and colloquia and other training sessions likely to
strengthen both organizations;
-
Provision of places for industrial
training of UB students;
-
Development by UB staff of manuals
and other documents for improving and streamlining
procedures and practices at the request of CNIC.
The signing ceremony took place within the framework of
a bigger event dubbed “Stakeholders meeting” which also
saw the presentation of the University’s proposed new
curricula in line with the exigencies of the Bachelor -
Masters - Ph.D (BMP) academic programme.
Speaking at the ceremony, CNIC’s General Manager
summarized the aim of the agreement as intended “to
enable CNIC derive useful inputs from UB as a citadel of
knowledge in the pursuit of excellence to enhance its (CNIC)
professional performances on the international market.” |
