15th - September - 2005 Dredging International NV and CNIC sign contract for Lot 3 (Dredging and Reclamation).

Barely two weeks after the signing of a contract between The Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Plc. (CNIC) and Six Construct Co. International Ltd. for the construction of a quaywall, the meeting room of the General Manager was once more the venue for the signing of another major contract.

On Thursday, 15 th September 2005, CNIC and Dredging International NV signed the contract for Lot 3 of the Limbe Shipyard Project – Dredging and Land Reclamation on the project site.

Mr. LIEVEN DURT signed the contract on behalf of Dredging International NV assisted by Mr. DIETER Willuweit while Mr. Z. M. FORJINDAM, General Manager of CNIC, signed on behalf of his company, assisted by Mr Jean PONDY – Director of the Task Force.

The signing and exchange of documents were conducted in the presence of the Lead Consultant for the Project – INROS LACKNER AG represented by Mr. MILOUD MEROUCHI.

As per the terms of the contract, the financial portfolio for this Lot stands at USD 22 774 952 and the duration for the execution of works is 22 months.
