The 163rd session of our company's Board of Directors was held on Wednesday, August 5th, during the General Management meeting. This meeting was preceded by a Combined General Meeting, the notice of which was published in the MUTATIONS newspaper on Wednesday, July 15th.
It should be noted that all meetings were chaired by its Chairman, Mr. Louis Claude NYASSA.
