Shareholders of the Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Ltd met in Douala July 08, 2026, to deliberate and close the 2024 accounts of the company.
During the session presided by its Board Chair Louis Claude NYASSA, reports were presented by the Company’s External Auditor as well as the Audit Committee. The ten-point agenda presented by the company’s Interim General Manager, Mr WEBNJOH Abel BOBUIN BISIYA was exhausted by three thirty PM.
