The Board of Directors of the Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Ltd has adopted a new Business Plan which will lead to the acquisition of a new dock with 10400 tons capacity.
During the meeting presided by the Board Chair, Mr Louis Claude NYASSA on October 8, 2026 at the Conference Room of the company, the minutes of the 162 and 163 Sessions were all validated.
Other matters deliberated during the 164th Board Session include the recruitment of workers, personnel to go on retirement and the adoption of the plan for the award of public contracts.
