The Interim General Manager of the Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Ltd was at the Quai site in Limbe, South West Regionon April 2026, to welcome Rig Admarine 501, belonging to the Advanced Energy Systems (ADES Group). Mr Webnjoh Abel Bobuin who was accompanied by some of his collaborators had a brief discussion with the Compliance Manager of the ADES Group, Mr Ahmed Mohamed El Ahmady who expressed gratitude to have met the General Manager in person. The Rig Manager revealed that it was the first time the ASES Group was coming to Central Africa and expressed hope to establish a long-lasting business relationship with CNIC.
In his welcome note, the Interim General Manager of CNIC assured his client that CNIC has great potentials and is capable of giving them the best services. The GM thanked the visiting team for choosing CNIC, while insisting that they shall never regret coming to Cameroon.
For his part, the Head of the Marketing Department, Mr Mebegue Yves said the work on the rig is essentially classification which can take between 10 to 14 days, ‘but can be extended, he added.
