The Interim General Manager of the Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Ltd, on Saturday May 23, 2026 paid a surprise visit to Dock 10 000 tons otherwise known as Bamousso.
From midday till 1 :45 PM, Mr WEBNJOH Abel BOBUIN BISIYA interacted with workers and took note of their working conditions.
At the time of the visit, the Interim General manager, a senior aircraft enigneer met two projects at Berth 17 : the Green Tree vassel belong to the Rapid Intervention Battalion(BIR) and dock 500 tons, belonging to CNIC. After listening to the workers at the site, the GM expressed satisfaction with the progress of the work, while praising workers for their endurance.
